Editing my Film Poster

After taking an image I wanted and cropping it to fit the style I wanted I decided to quickly edit my main character's face using 'Fotor'. When starting this I decided that I would make my character appear to be 'flawless', to give off the impression that everything is normal. However, I wanted my model to have an plain facial expression so that the audience are unable to gather a sense of this film and that may create a feeling of unease with the audience. I also thought that my model need to dress the part this means dressing in casual clothes that have not been worn in the film. I think this helps to make my model seem calm and normal which is important to my film. After editing this is what my model looked like. I liked the effect that I create and the image turned out how I hoped it would and gave me the feeling that I want to audience to feel when they see this as well as the overall look that it would create for my film poster.

This is an image that I screenshot from my film. I like the way that the image looks and the emotions that it will convey to the audience. This image portrays this woman almost as a ghost which could reflect her and that she is a ghost of who she used to be. It might also convey that her life is a blur that this woman doesn't really pay attention to what is there and that not everything might be real.
